basis. To reserve your event date, a refundable security deposit must be made.
This deposit is to secure against any damage
that might occur to the property and is refunded after all vendors have returned the property to
its condition prior to the event.
We will tentatively hold your date for two weeks prior to making the deposit. In the event another guest requests the same date, we will give you first right of refusal with 24 hours to confirm or release the tentative date. CateringAll events held on the property are catered by Hopsewee. You are permitted to supply your own alcoholic beverages. All events with alcoholic beverages require event insurance. *All you would need to provide would be your officiant, your photographer, decorations, your wedding cake, flowers, and music. We have found that so many couples prefer this turnkey pricing method. Not only does it save money, but also
a tremendous amount of time and worry over various entities working together. This takes that concern from you.*
 Other EventsHopsewee is a great location for private parties, showers, rehearsal dinners or just to visit for lunch.
