Wedding Ceremony & Reception Our Wedding Turnkey Pricing is based on number of guests and would include ALL of the following: Includes seating for up to 150 guests. Two-hour property access for rehearsal the day before ceremony; property access for setup day of ceremony; two-hour house access for bridal party preparations day of ceremony; portraits inside and outside of plantation house; venue set-up and break-down. Use of the plantation grounds for the rehearsal the night before the ceremony (2 hours), and five hours for the ceremony and the reception with ample parking for all guests, several location choices for your ceremony, and a 2-hour portrait session for grounds access prior to the event for your photographer to take wedding pictures. Use of the historic and beautifully appointed plantation house for wardrobe changes. Use of the River Oaks Cottage Tea Room for our elegant catering service, for the guests to mingle, with four guest restrooms available. All tenting, lighting, corner leg drapes, linens, tables, chairs, 15’x15′ parquet dance floor, bars, layout and design assistance, all set up, all take down. All dinnerware, flatware, glassware. Beer, wine, champagne toast, drink set ups (BYOL), bartender, wait staff, servers. Drink set ups include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Orange Juice, Lemons and Limes, Drink Stirs, Beverage Napkins, Plenty of Ice. All catering includes hors d’oeuvres, your choice of two entrees, choice of 3 sides, choice of two salads. Assistance with rehearsal and wedding organization would be available upon request. You would not be required to have a wedding planner but a “day of” coordinator is always helpful. *All you would need to provide would be your officiant, your photographer, decorations, your wedding cake, flowers, and music.
